"Bank House was perfect for travelling as a family of 3. Stayed 2 nights. Affordable, clean, convenient and walkable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wake up early if you want a hot shower."

"Self check-in facility that was far from secure or well maintained. The main door lock was missing on the inside, the stairs carpet had suspicious stains at the bottom of the stairs. The heater was not working and nothing was done to rectify the situation so I had to sleep wearing a sweater & a scarf and there was no hot water other than in the shower, no kettle nor glass & cup for tea/coffee. There was a load of mold all around the window that caused me a lot of disagreement amongst which is a...

"We enjoyed our stay it was in a great location the inn keeper was wonderful and the food was delicious!"

"Returned to the Invernaire after a 42 year absence. Plenty remained the same as I remember it in nothing but a good way and also several updates like the en suite washroom especially. Last time it was one shower for the entire upper floor. The view from my cozy little room- Ben Wy was spectacular as was the one from the dining room. Carol was especially helpful from the time I checked in until I left. Breakfast were A-1. Best tea I’ve ever tried and was reunited with black pudding. Miss that...

"Confusing checkin. Building was covered with scaffolding so we could not find it. Directions to get into the building were confusing and took going through numerous emails to finally figure things out. Two other guests were equally confused so it wasn't just us. Window in the bathroom would not close or open. Parking was a nightmare as "ignoring the no overnight parking" sign is difficult advice to follow for rule following Canadians!"

"Nice place and conveniently located. I would book it again for sure."

"This location had a wonderful view and was relatively quiet our entire stay. The room was very nice and well kept."

"Bit of a mixup with our room on arrival, but Teresa was very helpful and got it sorted. Room was big and shower/bathroom were new. Easy walk into the town centre, and very close to the train and bus station."

"Chambre très basique. Le lit était peu confortable malheureusement."

"It’s a great place in a wonderful location."

"Really nice stay at Park Hill in Inverness. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The lady who let us in was really friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch after travelling. Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Inverness!"
