"the staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the one factor that helped us choose this hotel was the pool. So disappointing. The pool water was very cloudy. There were objects on the pool floor. Both are signs of a poorly maintained pool. We did not feel comfortable or safe using it."

"The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton."

"Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"I will never ever stay at this sleeps inn the house keeping service is horrible and the staff hang out at night with their friends. Also a couple of people were outside smoking pot"
