"We enjoyed our stay at The Crossing. The breakfast was very good. The one thing I was surprised about was that our breakfast was not included with our room fee. We stayed at so many different places that I guess I just didn't check to see. But, we were a bit taken aback when after eating breakfast we were asked to settle the bill for it."

"Old school stately charm, the staff make an effort to provide a luxurious experience in this historically grand hotel. Great to have a bathtub, bathrooms have been renovated. "Hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing a great welcome and suggestions for dinner in the evening, as well as a recommendation of an activity to do the next day after we checked out. Bathroom was private for our room, though not connected to the room itself. The bathroom was very nice. Our room also had a sink in the bedroom itself. Bed was a bit soft - the mattress was not the most comfortable, but overall, no issue. We very much enjoyed our stay, and if we stay in the area again...

"Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from "

"The Morlich was the perfect location for me as I was attending a conference in the adjacent venue. Very comfortable room, with plenty of space. Lovely shower. Robes and slippers provided. My only slight criticism is that the lift was very dated and I felt a little concerned about using it. Also, breakfast wasn't served on the premises. I had to go to the food court in the conference centre. Personally I found this inconvenient for me because I have mobility issues which meant that I had to drive...
