"Hotel is brand new. It was only the third day being open. Staff was nice willing to help. Room was nice, still had some construction debris in the room. Staff still learning systems and not everything was fully functional at the time. Overall the experience was good and I am sure as time moves along bugs will be worked out as business gets established."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails.
First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless.
The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping.
First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash....

"I stayed here by myself, and it was great! I was able to walk to many places, including wine tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the Greenbelt, etc. I liked the self-check-in, my room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I stayed a couple of weekend nights, and the noise of traffic on Chinden Blvd. did get a little loud, but the bathroom fan helped drown out a bit of the noise. No complaints!"

"I was expecting much more for the rates we paid. We paid pricing comparable to Hilton or Hyatt, but the overall experience felt closer to a Motel 6, Days Inn, or Extended Stay. Even those usually include some type of breakfast.
The room itself was clean, but the property was overpriced for what was actually offered. The biggest frustration was that our key card deactivated every single time we left the room, which became extremely inconvenient throughout our stay.
