"The first night, I was in Room 210 on the front of the hotel. While the room has an interesting layout, its location directly over a ‘Biker Bar’ led to very loud motorcycle noise until 2AM.
Thankfully, the desk person, Pamela, was able to move me to a quiet room in the back of the hotel for my second night."

"We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. "The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her.
It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself.
I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."
