"In general the poor customer service is what really stood out. From the moment we arrived there was a significant lack of personal touch. The front desk associate was sitting at their console and rather than check us in directed us to e-kiosk to check ourselves in. We were told that there would be no room service and that if we needed coffee pods or anything for our room to contact the front desk. "Knob Hill is a beautiful place to stay. Our room was inviting with a balcony and seating right outside the door. We had gorgeous Mountain View’s right across the street. Breakfast was made to order and we had the option of a lot of extras. Great lace to stay in Ketchum."
