"Somehow, between San Francisco and Johannesburg, my largest piece of luggage cracked. The facilities guy came up, took a look, went back and got supplies and sat there with me for 20 minutes to make sure my luggage was secure for the rest of my travels. Also, I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel restaurant."

"Easy to find shuttle took us right away to the hotel checked easy, good dinner and breakfast. Easy shuttle to airport and help getting checked in for next flight out next day. Very professional staff, convent and very comfortable. "
