"Sounds travel between suites, particularly plumbing. Televisions are not self explanatory. Staff is VERY helpful! Breakfast is quite good."

"Stayed one night while in transit. Appreciated location close to airport and free airport shuttle. 1BR 1 BA hotel room was clean. Bathroom was down a short hallway from bedroom, made for a short walk in middle of night to relieve oneself. Area was quiet and we slept well. Didn't partake of other amenities they offered. Grounds and pool looked very nice. Appreciated the security fence and gate as hotel is in rough neighborhood. Staff was very courteous and friendly, assisted with our requests."

"Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "
