The Pivot Hotel was fantastic. The included buffet breakfast was incredible!! We looked foraward to that in the morning! The staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel was beautiful. Easy to walk into the rest of MonteCasino. Would stay again.

Gorgeous hotel set in lovely grounds, safe to walk around. Nice comfortable bar area with lovely outdoor seating area surrounded by running water. Staff very firendly, nothing was a problem. Breakfasts were fantastic. Overall very impressed and would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced.

I had an absolutely lovely stay. The room was quite nice, but in particular I have to mention the staff who were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. Possibly the best I have ever experienced. The breakfast buffet is equal to the best in Europe, and the egg chef is a fun guy and a master with eggs.

I highly recommend The Pivot Hotel — not just for its great location and reasonable price point, but also for its cleanliness and comfort. The staff are outstanding Tabo and Herman where awesome and so friendly and full of laughter that made our stay extra special The hotel was good and being within montecasino grounds with so much to choose from for restaurants and bars and have plenty to offer for kids.

Comfortable and clean

This hotel is lovely, staff are helpful and the rooms are nice. It has Charlotte Rhys toiletries which I love. The rooms are large and clean. My room had a balcony over the front of the building. We had dinner at the nearby casino restaurants which we were dropped off at by the complementary golf buggy transport, welcome because it was raining. Nice area too.

I use the Pivot all the time when I visit Jhb. The service is aleays good. The rooms needs upgrading as it really still the old style hotel rooms. The TVs are not smart so this makes it even more old school....

Had an issue with the bed on the first night. One of the managers ‘Afrika” promptly sorted it out. Great service. Keep it up.
