"Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"Staff were great, helpful, friendly. Breakfast was superb, so many choices. WiFi is good throughout the property. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Unfortunately the balconies need a good brush down from cobwebs as does the windows inside and out of the brasserie. Big noise problem from the doors . They are heavy and loud and no one seems to want to shut them gently so you are woken late at night and early in the morning. Also , if your room is near the large decking areas you get a lot of...
