"Rooms were clean, but very out dated . Only had plastic cups not the right kind for coffee. Girl that checked us in was great, really friendly.Air conditioning was great. Seemed like a nice area. We saw different food places but we weren’t there long enough to try them. "

"Staf at front desk was welcoming. Lexi did a phenomenal job helping replace the faulty ac unit in our room. However, at some point in our stay three necklaces were stolen from our room..I should have used the safe, but got careless and tucked the jewelry bag in my suitcase which was on a stand near the front door. I reported to front desk. This theft left a bad taste so I would probably NOT stay there again. "

"The gym was missing 1 25# dumb bell. Everything else in the gym was just fine. I did a tai chi workout in the pool the temp was fine and the depth of the pool was just right for resistance. The breakfast at this property is a little iffy quiche bowls and burnt bacon were on my list and funky breakfast sandwiches. But hey I slept great everything thing was clean and equipped. It was a almost great stay."

"This was a great place to stay for our family which includes an 11 and 7 year old. They loved the waterpark, which wasn’t too crowded, and the pools near each building. The food was good, but very expensive, however there are other restaurants nearby. "

"I am so incredibly disappointed in this hotel and their operations. I came out for Dodgers spring training and when we went to check in, they had overbooked and gave our rooms away. Then I came back to the hotel a year later , tried to stay at the same hotel and once again my rooms were given away because they overbooked. It seems like because I was through Expedia, (3rd party booking) my room was given to someone who booked on site.
Either way, I was very disappointed as I love the hotel and...

"I love how this hotel is sitting back away from things and secluded, yet it is still so close to a great little breakfast spot and other restaurants.
The landscaping is beautiful and the courtyard and pool area is very nice.
All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, professional, and happy to assist, especially the evening clerk who I interacted with the most."

"I found the morning complimentary coffee service in the lobby unsatisfactory. A trying experience….and exchange with the staff proved challenging…. A lack of explanation regarding the self service equipment created challenges, and after figuring out the equipment, found myself giving tutorials for other guests that were also equally confused…. Funny mold smell in our guest room….
Great MCM vintage architecture with a cool vibe….but the courtyard landscaping around the pool needs improvement and...
