"We didn't realize when we booked this that it's a vacation club or in better terms a timeshare. There was a lot of pressure for us to go listen to a two hour spiel but we declined. When we checked in, we said we were not interested, but someone called us our first morning there and asked what we were doing for the day and then asked if we would be coming to the spiel. The accommodations were nice but very dated. They definitely need to update and remodel. The best part was the lazy river."

"We had a great 3 nights of vacation at this property. My 5yr old daughter had a blast enjoying the lazy river and the warm pool, and so did I! It was great to have the pool set in a natural setting under trees, etc - beautiful experience. The lagoon was great too. I liked that they put together so many activities, especially for kids, and shared an itinerary of events for the whole week - it made it so much easier for us to plan our days. "The pool was wonderful! Indoor and outdoor. The location was perfect for us to get where we needed to be."

"There were hairs all over the bathtub. The was a constant having dripping of coming from the floor above. The breakfast buffet that they charged $15 for was the same as you get a hotels that offer free full breakfast. The french toast almot broke a tooth is was so hard. Not up to Holiday Inn standards and certainly not worth $215 a night!!!"

"Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. "
