"Location is great, staff is very nice and parking options good. Property is clean but old. We had an upstairs Q room. Bed was comfortable. In most other cities this motel would not have as high a rating, but for the options near downtown FB, this is a convenient one w clean facilities. Don’t expect new and all the bells and whistles updates and you’ll be fine. "

"Fair price but very old motel and extremely dark at night, since they're various buildings separated by a street, got a smoking room and it clearly says non smoking motel, they change me to a non smoking room, clean room but old."

"I was in town for a business conference and needed a room for a single night. The room was spacious with a good refrigerator and coffee maker. The property has several restaurants nearby and is only a few minutes' drive from many attractions. "

"I really liked the building. Classic old motel with outside access to the rooms and build from old limestone on the outside, but modern and clean in the rooms. Many options for eating slode by. Friendly staff. Good coffee in the morning."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request. Nice location off major Hwy 183 inset in a quiet neighborhood. Dining is within walking distance. Plenty of parking in a park like area with BBQ areas. Studio room is cozy and manageable. Surroundings are clean and no rifraf around area from what I’ve seen. "

"If you’re headin to Franklin BBQ in the morning to get in line. This where you want to stay! I could smell the bbq cooking the night before from my room. Doesn’t look like much from the outside. But inside is quite nice. No complaints here."
