"Perfect "glamping" getaway! Everything you need while enjoying nature. Unit 11, Favored, was fully equipped, super clean and enjoyable. Asked for clean pool towels and we got them quickly. "Austin Condo Hotel is in a great downtown location, which made it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and bars. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Staff friendliness was a bit inconsistent—some were very helpful while others were less welcoming. Check-in is strictly after 4 PM, which was a little inconvenient, but they did allow us to store our luggage behind the desk until our room was ready."

"The room was spotless when we arrived & had plenty of towels in the restroom. They provided us with laundry soap, dish soap as well as soap for the dishwasher. The location had several restaurants within walking distance on Rainey street. There’s a small grocery store in that same area that has everything u may need so u don’t have to go to a big store. And of course the view of the city was beautiful. We will be back."

"Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
