"Staff suprised us with a $250 draw on our account; didn’t know that ahead of time. Said it would be returned to our account in 3-5 days; not true. 7-10 days. Coffee maker was broken. We were placed in the noisiest room (next to elevator). Showe was weak at best."

"Clean room 5stars , the staff might want to do a better job leaving customers important information out of sight of other customers view that was the first thing I noticed other than that things were great I missed breakfast but walked past it at checkout and they had a waffle maker can’t go wrong with that"

"The pictures online are not showing the current conditions of rhe property/rooms. Everything was dirty and run down. There were ants in our room. The gym was the bare minimum and smelled like chlorine. The beds were clean and comfortable which was the only redeeming part."
