"The Staff were helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. First morning there was no bread and had to request same. There was no variety, the same thing each morning. The bar had no beer either bottled or draught. The room was basic to say the least. No wardrobe or places to store my clothes. There were no net curtains on the window and it was easy for someone from the houses opposite to look right into my room. There were no bedside cabinets to put things on. There was no facility to get something...

The only thing that ruined this for my husband and I and didn’t allow us to actually stay at the property is the fact that they have very poor A/C and no fans available. Rooms were preset to 20 as part of the “Green Country” regulations, could not be adjusted to be set lower, the vents in 3 different rooms barely blew any air whatsoever and they have no fans available on site. In peak summer heat, it was unbearable for us to stay...

"Not registered for breakfast (we were) so initially wouldn’t let us in. Once I went back to room to get tickets we were let in. Their error we were not on their list. Following day they would not let my husband take a coffee and pastry to our tiny room for eas I was unwell and could not make it down. Very basic breakfast."
