Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Hillington

"I was disappointed in the WiFi; it was terrible. The ice was not available to keep our drinks cold. The Breakfast was the same every day, not very appetizing, and lacked fresh fruit, such as berries. Rooms were clean, not enough hangers and no top sheets on the beds, asked for extra pillows."

"We thought we had booked a room for 3 adults for one night turns out it was only booked for 2 and we had to pay an additional £175 for an extra person. Thought it was a bit steep. Had an early flight and although there was some breakfast choice available, it would have been better if there had been take away cups for coffee and some muffins or pastries just to grab and go. Fiona who checked us in was very pleasant although we weren't too happy to have to pay the additional £175."

"Likes: Walking distance to airport Carts for luggage in lobby Starbucks in lobby Dislikes: Tiles falling off in tub/shower TV in awful spot in room for. Room smelled of mildew Concerns: Taxi driver not happy that He had to pay for entering Airport parking to pick Me up at Hotel"

"Terrible. Not helpful. Terrible staff at desk. Not recommended at all. There are plenty of other places to stay. I recommend anywhere else."

"A beautiful place to stay. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while. Really enjoyed my stay."

"Our room was large, lots of storage space and also very quiet. No street noise despite our room looking onto a very busy street. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice of hot and cold food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is well maintained and feels quite luxurious. Excellent stay."
