"On arrival the property looks a little run down and outdated. Room was clean but no air-con and it was very warm, windows open but traffic can be heard from nearby motorway. Being an older hotel, noise transfers from other guests walking (or running) up the corridors and letting doors bang, lots of guests checking out early have no consideration for other guests still trying to sleep. Breakfast times were not advised on check in and times on website were incorrect so we almost missed out. ...

"The room was very small for 3 people, it was not easy to move when the cot was down, tripped going to the washroom the middle of the night. The washroom was cute, and small. Did try the breakfast, as we had an early flight. Over all it was good."

"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven.

"Such a lovely hotel, decorated nice and all areas are clean. Rooms have the right amenities and are really comfortable. Close to center and everything you need right near. Only thing is parking not on site but is discounted in a nice safe car park."
