"The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash. It should have been incredibly easy for the housekeeper to see as it was right at the top of the bed next to where the pillows were. There was no soap by the sink. The pancake mix was gone, when we asked for more the guy took the container out and slowly drained one serving into the cup and didn't bring...

"I didn't even get to stay there and I told Expedia one of my money back because I got there early and they let me check in early and when the manager came in at 11:00 I got to straighten out with her but then that owner come in and she was super rude and at 9:00 when I come back from the grocery store she told me I couldn't get a room key and I needed to pay for another day and called the Topeka Police and the escorted me off the property Total disappointment still waiting on my refund from...

"My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. "The room was super far away from the elevator and smelled like terrible body odor or smelly feet. They did try to deodorize it, but that didn’t help. The floor was also sticky and when I put a wet towel down to try to clean it, the towel was black from whatever was on the hard wood/laminate floor. They moved me to a different room and it was much better. Parking is super shady across a dark alley and guests have to lug their luggage down stairs and across the alley and enter through a back door....

"There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference"
