"The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us. The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. "The room was super far away from the elevator and smelled like terrible body odor or smelly feet. They did try to deodorize it, but that didn’t help. The floor was also sticky and when I put a wet towel down to try to clean it, the towel was black from whatever was on the hard wood/laminate floor. They moved me to a different room and it was much better. Parking is super shady across a dark alley and guests have to lug their luggage down stairs and across the alley and enter through a back door....

"There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference"

"The front desk clerk spends a ton of time apologizing. She was very helpful with things she should not have to deal with. The sheet had what looked like blood that didn't come out in the wash.
