"The hotel is beautiful, and both check-in and valet were efficient and seamless. Also, had a great location downtown for walking. However, there were a few housekeeping and maintenance details that could use some improvement.
Upon checking in, we discovered that our toilet was broken and needed to be repaired, and there was no hand soap in our room. While having breakfast at the restaurant, we also noticed cobwebs on some of the lighting fixtures. None of these things were a huge deal...
"The property definitely was unique. But the rooms were tiny and lacked hanging spaces and drawers to place clothes. And there wasn’t a microwave or a mini-frig which would have been handy for warming up leftovers."
