"This hotel was 10 Mi away from City of Cheyenne. Good for truckers but not for people that want to do things in town. Had to eat the money. Didn't stay there."

Breakfast was adequate but somewhat sparse. Checkout was fine. Dining in house: the food was pretty good, but again, under staffed."

"For how old the property is it was pretty clean and well maintained. The pool was clean. The breakfast was simple and the attendant was on top of everything. The outdoor lights were very bright at night, you couldn’t even tell it was night time. The only real negative I have is that when searching Expedia I filtered for hotels that allow animals since we had our dog on this trip. I wasn’t expecting to pay an extra $25 for having our dog at a hotel that’s listed as allowing animals."

"Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good selection of hot foods and muffins and fruit. A variety of juice, hot coffee and tea. We totally recommend this hotel."

"The office was a mess, the kid that checked me was on his cell phone and was all mad that he was interrupted to check me in. I got my room, which was in the back of the hotel. There were men standing around getting high. I opened my room which had blood on the comforter. The TV did not work as there is no cable in rooms. My neighbor let his alarm go off for about 30 (3pm in the afternoon) before he threw it and started yelling at it. I went to take a shower and when I got out and had a dirty...

"Clean room, great staff and good breakfast. There was nowhere for our dog to go potty, she stepped on cactus and we had to walk over to a different hotel for a patch of grass."

"Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."

"We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful property & rooms & excellent service! Sad that the pool was down our entire 4 night stay - breakfast was amazing & everyone was so nice & very helpful!! Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there while visiting Cheyenne in the future!!! Overall 5 star!!"
