"Staff never answer the phone it’s ridiculous because what if there was an emergency or something kids running through the hallways all night very loud and loud music coming from other rooms it was horrible room 212 had bus in there definitely wasn’t worth my time or the amount they ask for per room been waiting over 3 weeks for my deposit back for the room deposit just everything was horrible staff for the front desk always hiding in the back never at the desk!"

"The hotel is beautiful. The room was clean and furnishings newer. There are a lot of rooms so you could be placed far away from the elevator. For us that was not an issue but I could see it being so for others. "

"Great location. The included breakfast is a great perk at this location. Our room was clean and overall nice. The employees were all friendly. Only two nuisances, parking is ridiculous at $72 a night. Found a garage across the street for $30. Have to ask for ice to be brought up to room....called twice and was told on the way, but never showed up. We will consider staying at this place again next time we come to town."

"Stayed April 8–10, 2026. Very nice hotel in an excellent, highly walkable location. We booked through Expedia and got a slight discount, but pricing is still on the higher end, which fits the area. We stayed two nights with our two kids in an Executive King Suite with a sofa bed. The room was a great size for a family of four and never felt cramped. Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and quick to help, and brought extra blankets and pillows right away. Parking is valet only at...
