"The property appeared to be a short-term apartment rental. It was bit worn, and cooking smell in the hall. Not what I've experienced at other VRBO or Air B &B. The furnishings were thrift shop-esque. The check-in process did not go well. We were given a combination for the building door that worked, but the combo for the door to the room did not. We contacted the property manager and they had a person there to help us in minutes. Once the room was accessed it appeared that it was occupied...

"The pictures on Expedia look nothing like the hotel when I arrived. It was a late check in and the gentleman checking me in was kind and efficient so that was the only good part.
rooms are rundown and the sheets were stained, and didn't look clean. Im sure they were washed, but dirt stained sheets are not what you want to see after a long travel day."

"The location was okay, but not great. Each morning we were awoken to some jerks doing donuts in the adjacent parking lot between 5:30-6:00am.
The worst part was the mattress, it was pretty bad. It reminded me of the cheap mattress that comes with a travel trailer.
Needless to say my girlfriend and I were sore each morning after sleeping on it. I wouldn't go here again."

"We only used the shuttle to get us to the civic center for our next destination and reserved it when we checked in. The first room we had was not good at all and requested to be moved which was honored. The hotel had a slight refurb but could definitely use an overhaul of the rooms. "Cute hotel, staff are so nice and the property clean. Good location. Restaurant and bar good food, kitchen very slow to get food out. We were given a handicap accessible room (we didn’t need!) just be aware there is no room for your toiletries/makeup as it is just a sink in the bathroom. And the room temp never got below 72 even though it was set lower. I will say maintenance tried to help with this, but to no avail. Hotel has train on one side and busier street on the other, so rooms are noisy."
