We absolutely loved our stay at this condo and plan on returning! We had no issues but if we did the owners were extremely kind and accommodating!

The unit itself was adorable, well-maintained, and spotless. Absolutely no complaints about it. The beach, however, which is the only reason we come to Hilton Head, was just too far to have to rely on a not real frequent shuttle, especially since there were no bathroom facilities that I could see on or near the beach. We opted to drive to Coligny Beach which was very close. Other than that, the unit was perfect for a short getaway

Need to bring shampoo and conditioner. The lock room has beach chairs and wagon to pull which was very helpful.

Hot tub was broke. Our condo did not have any beach towels and the property does not stock towels at the pool. It was a longer walk to the beach than we expected, but there is a shuttle-just be sure to check running times & plan accordingly.

My husband and I came for a short stay and this condo was exactly what we needed. It was clean, cozy, and felt instantly comfortable. Hilton Head Resort was great. We loved the peaceful boardwalk out to the beach and the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for a chilly November trip. Even though we weren’t here long, it was such an easy, relaxing escape. I’d happily stay again.

Our family had an amazing stay at this condo! It was spotless, comfortable, and set up with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kids loved having plenty of space to relax, and we appreciated how family-friendly. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area for movie nights. The location was ideal too, close to fun activities, pools and the beach but peaceful when we wanted downtime. The hosts were wonderful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back for our next family trip!

The condo itself was clean, but very dated. The building that hosts the condo is very old and unkept. The add says the condo is on the beach. Realistically it is 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk. When we first arrived the A/C wasn’t working. We called the host. He responded quickly and resolved the issue. This is a positive. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Nice Condo with great owners. He shared things to do with some of his favorite restaurants. Big heated pool and hot tub inside and a big heated pool outside. Great boardwalk to the beach and saw the beautiful sunrise. Great for families with Parking passes to get in for better security.

Affordable rental with great amenities for kids

Overall, affordable, and has all the amenities you need for a family. Great location to shops, etc. Not fancy, but everything you need. The buildings need a bit of a face lift, but our unit was great. We were in building three and it was perfect because we had access to the indoor pool and hot tub. It was great because it was cooler when we were there. The walk to the beach via the boardwalk is a nice stroll. It looks far, but it’s actually not bad at all. And they do offer a shuttle at the end of March. Enjoyed Coco‘s beach bar at the end of the boardwalk. Also enjoyed the deli/bar by the outdoor hotel. Love the access to the storage unit, that was near the boardwalk, to bring things easily to the beach.

We stayed, in a luxury condo unit last week. Overall had a positive experience. The location in general is great! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The beach/boardwalk access is a HUGE plus. I would expect this property to be even better during peak season! Outdoor pool areas and the sun deck are all well kept and in good shape. The walking paths around the property are great as well. The condo kitchen had everything we needed, which made the stay so much easier. The staff we encountered were the definition of southern hospitality! That said, there are definitely some areas that do need attention, but to at no fault to the owners. The cleanliness of the condo could be improved, particularly to the shower heads, they had visible mold that was easily able to be cleaned off. There was a musty smell upon arrival, but that was just due to a lack of attention to detail on housekeepings behalf, because the plug-in air freshener was empty and had been for awhile. Some other minor issues, again not the owners fault, the elevator in this specific building was down, and is expected to be for sometime. The indoor pool area felt outdated and the people staying above us, were not respectful. However, the owner..extremely responsive! Quickly fixed the thermostat remotely, when the weather changed, even overnighted a first aid kit when the one they provided was found empty by myself. All in all cute condo. Great location! But needs new housekeeping staff.

Check in was fast and simple. Condo was clean. Light switches and temperature control labeled. Better condition than what I expected from some of the other reviews. Indoor pool, hot tub and small wading pool for little ones. Indoor track, work out room ice cream vending machine. Beach supplies in closet and in a locker, no need to go buy sandcastle building supplies. Boogie boards, beach chairs and a wagon for transport. Boardwalk to beach over salt marsh is made of the new decking material, no slivers! Deli/ gift shop very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly. Some covered parking areas. Made so you can pull in to unload out of rain and heat. Option to park there or in parking lot. Very enjoyable place. One beach chair broke, prompt email response, with disposal instructions. Pitfalls- signage, entrances to get inside the buildings? map given at check in was circled vaguely during instructions. Signs to different areas only posted at start point and at ending. More along the way would be great. I happened to stumble upon the beach locker area ( while finding my way back from beach). One more reason for signs! TV signal on some channels was bad (not resort’s fault). Remember your log in information for Netflix, Hulu and such.
