We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, clean, and had a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There was plenty to do, the amenities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We love coming here do to the fact that everything is right there, the beach, the shopping, food and entertainment. This is our second stay and we will be back again. One thing I don’t understand is why we have to pay a daily $15 parking fee to park on the property parking lot and why I had to pay all these fees everyday of the stay! Other than that we enjoy it.

Our Room was very clean and comfortable. Kevin at the front desk was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Larry at the pool was excellent - very attentive and friendly. Mckenzie our waitress at the cabana for three days was Amazing! She was so sweet with our daughter and took her to get her face painted. She was extremely friendly and attentive all three days. Mckenzie's service was impeccable. The staff made our stay wonderful.

The guest services were very nice and welcoming when we arrived. Although we stayed on 1st floor with no beach view, our room was just right down the hall and just a few steps out and we were on the beach. The rooms were nice and clean. We had plenty of room for 4 of us . The pool and the tiki hut were very nice and clean as well. We really enjoyed the live music everyday. Everything we needed was on the property and Coligny park shops were in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again !!!!!!

The Beach House has a great location. Close to everything. The room was nicely decorate and the pool area was beautiful. . It is an older building and with that comes poor water pressure in the shower and not much in the way of noise reduction. You can hear every conversation in the hallway and dogs barking.

The outside of the property was excellent. We loved the food we got at the Porch and the tiki hut. We noticed the bathrooms were a little run Down. Our sink was stopped up and they couldn’t get , it but didn’t work. The floors still had sand from the previous guest. The lamp near bedside, lights didn’t work. We’ve been coming here for 6 years.

We were in an assessable room on the fifth floor. It was clean and well kept. The staff at the pool and The Porch went above and beyond their job expectations. Always ensuring that we had what we needed. The Tiki Hut offered a place for a nightcap and good music close to “home”. Coligny Plaza was well within walking distance and had wonderful shops. We were very impressed with their maintenance of the grounds around us and the security to keep their patrons safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hilton Head Island.

family vacation! we booked last minute after coming in 2025 so we got a queen double one night and junior suite the last few nights. Staff was soooo nice and helpful! my sons loved the bunk bed room and patio. Looks like we have made this an annual thing.
