"Check in was fast and easy. The room blinds were broken so it was dark in our room all day. The bathroom door handle was about to rip off. Would’ve been nice to know a whole kid basketball team was there making noise until 10:30 pm though. They were running around all day and night. Breakfast was great. The pool is small and was packed full of kids so seemed impossible to go in. When we did get to go, the floors in the pool area were disgusting. There were no towels left. I know it was a busy weekend for the hotel though. I thought being outside of downtown Rochester we would have a more peaceful stay."

"BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! ALL THE TRAVEL SITES NEED TO REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM THEIR SITES. I stayed at this low-budget hotel from May 1 - 3, 2026 because my family booked it first due to a weekend event we were attending. I didn't know the area and it made sense to stay with my party then alone. The initial mistake was not reading the reviews. This place is horrible. When we arrived there was no staff to receive the guests nor were there any staff to clean the hotel or the rooms, per the front desk attendant. The clerk said it was an hour wait for a room due to that, and then started putting up signs reading no vacancies even with a reservation. How disrespectful is that to people traveling long distance?! I believe this is the norm for this place that looks like its never been thoroughly cleaned. From the dirty stained rugs on every floor and in every room, to the scuffs on the walls, paper printed room direction signs, trash on the floor in the amenity spaces, to some of the questionable-looking "guests" this hotel is a hot mess. One newly arrived guests was in the lobby demanding a refund because she had a spiders in her room. Another person was complaining of stains on their carpet. There were no beverages or snacks for sale in the lobby, no vending machines, nothing. My room had the potential to be so nice, with a decent sized bathroom, two queen beds and a great river/waterway view but it hadn't been deeply cleaned since they opened. The windows were filthy!"

"Breakfast was extra and so we decided to pass at $16 a person. Toilet leaked and ran constantly. Halls smelled like Marijuana and pool area not clean. Overall incredibly disappointing."

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. Hotel just needs to be more observant and get the folks who want to ruin the place to clean up after themselves"

"Accessible parking is available right in front of the hotel. Check-in went smoothly and without any issues, even though I don't speak English. The room was very clean and cozy."
