"Such a fun experience- and the staff was SO NICE. I mean really, they were the sweetest people ever, and our room had an incredible view. Really cool stay "

"The most hospitable staff, especially the Japanese front desk staff! The rooms are well maintained, although I am not a fan of the strange, bouncy "tatami" floors (and the small dead roach in the bathroom area was a bit shocking). "Clean room, good Japanese breakfast. I didn't get a chance to check out the bath house."

"Great stopover hotel if you're arriving late at Nagoya airport. Very friendly staff!"

"スタッフさんの対応も丁寧で、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 お料理が本当に美味しく、旅の醍醐味でした。"

"スタッフの対応良かったです。景観よかったです。清潔で快適に過ごせました。"

"The exterior of the hotel building needed new paint and thorough cleaning. The garden and plants needed some serious trimming and maintenance. Otherwise the views were great, Onsen was big and all the artwork placed throughout the interior were museum quality."
