"A small but comfortable room - ideal for an overnight stop or short stay. Sadly no kettle for making hot drinks - that was my only real complant about the room. A big plus was a decent and easy to operate air conditioning unit. It was a hot night so we were able to keep cool and sleep well. Breakfast was a decent selection of cold food plus toast and boil your own eggs, It was hwever badly organised - tables not cleared, too crowded, new tables not set for arriving guests and hot drings machines...

"Perfect location to stay in Reims. Several sight seeing points are within walking distance and bus/tram ride. Hotel is located at the pedestrian square, lots of restaurants/cafes and shopping are just in front of the hotel."

"Beautiful property in an ideal location! Hard to reach the front desk by phone, I tried 4 times one evening trying to get ice delivered. Spa was fully booked so I was unable to get any treatment, and the communication was an issue there also. I was surprised they charge hotel guests to use the pool and sauna, I’ve never heard of that. Check in was smooth and friendly but interaction with staff ended there. Always 2 employees out front but treated me as if I were invisible. I expect more,...

"The AC was not working. The temperature in the room was 25.5 degrees celsius. We were told they would send someone to repair it, which did not happen. The other solution offered was to open the window. And then we were told that we would be refunded 50% of our first night stay, which did not happen either. Very disappointing."

"Location is very convenient for a city trip. Parking in public garage with reduced fare for hotel guests directly in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast area very small and crowded but additional places in 3rd floor worked quite well for us. Room was nice and clean. Restaurant’s near by. Also supermarket close by. All in all a recommendation."

"ランス駅の横。線路に面している部屋だったので、電車の音が聞こえました。でも都内と比べると本数は少ないし始発は遅く、終電が早いので特に気になりませんでした。部屋の広さは日本のビジネスホテル並み。バスルームはシャワーブースだけでビジネスホテルより狭いです。リフォーム済みだったのか室内は新しくキレイでした。モダンでステキな内装でした。フロントの方たちも皆んなフレンドリーでした。部屋に冷蔵庫やポットはないですが、フロントでお湯をもらえたので部屋で温かいお茶を飲むことができます。フロント横のバーでクラフトビールが飲めますよ。街の中心部まで徒歩数分、レストランやカフェがたくさんあり、スーパーやカテドラルも徒歩10分圏内でとても便利な立地でした。また泊まりたいと思います。駅の反対側に系列のホテルがありますが、どちらも泊まりましたが、こちらのほうが好きです。また泊まりたいホテルです。"

The hotel is also in a great location—just a short and easy walk to the city centre and attractions such as Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral. Overall, we had a wonderful experience."
