But the exterior is in disrepair, middle of June, pool non operational plus the atmosphere is very sterile there and you can’t even walk into the office unless it’s breakfast hours so if you want a place to pass out this is your place. If you want to anything besides sleep then maybe consider spending more and staying closer to the center of old town"

"I don't want to take away from this amazing place, but the sign out front says that I can drop my key in the lockbox by the front door. However, I was not able to find the lockbox and ended up leaving my key in my room and called at 8am when they opened to let them know. They were very nice about how I "checked out". Just a little heads up."

"First I booked on here and she still charged me their walk-in rate. Granted it was only a few $ more, but still that isn’t right. We got 2 rooms, 322 was dinghy and they had no hot water for showers. 222. We had flys so bad in there and that was with the air set at 60. We set it low trying to get them to leave, which made it sort of hard to sleep too because it was so cold. We put both comforters on us to keep warm and one smelled like dog pee! And there was dog food on the floor. The bed was...

"Staff was excellent---very informative and polite. Room was compact; perfect for the solo traveler like me because I could easily reach everything. I really liked the walk-in shower. More hotels should have these. And the full breakfast was excellent."

"As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!"

"Rooms and property were well maintained. My only two complaints are that the bed was uncomfortable and needed replaced and the toilet sat so low it was like trying to get off the floor, and nothing to help assist you up. The lady at the front desk is amazing!"
