If you are traveling and looking for a clean place to stay with very comfortable beds and pillows this is it! The property has been recently renovated and everything is fresh and clean with good showers. Also Jesup is a nice little town.

We stayed here twice and very nice experiences both times. An excellent and affordable option while traveling. The hotel is nice and clean and recently renovated. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Good showers. A great option after a day on the road. Jesup is a nice little town.

They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful. I had problems getting in the bed due to a fractured knee and they got me a safe step stool to get in bed safely. As a retired RN that was priceless. Will stay here every time due to their friendliness and smiles.

The hotel was undergoing renovations so the first room we checked into was not clean enough. The staff was eager to make things right and moved us to another room that was presentable. The beds were very comfortable an AC works great. I imagine with the renovations completed this place will be a very nice hotel in the future! The little town of Jesup was adorable! We enjoyed our Caribbean dinner from "One Love" restaurant.

They were very concerned that I may smoke, but didn't clean the bathroom because there was a half used bottle of shampoo in the shower and a smear of what looked like blood where the tissues should have been. At check in we were told and saw the new partnership is making improvements, I see that for them and hope it goes well for them.

Unfriendly at check in. Horrible smell in the room. Dirty walls, Mattress old, Shower was not cleaned black spots, Hair. Thank god we state only 1 night.

The hotel was under renovation, and appears we were the only guests other than construction workers. However, the room was clean and everything worked OK. However access to ice machine could not be found and did not expect to find the breakfast option suitable. TV selection was limited cable, few choices, and the TV was an older model flat screen with lower picture resolution. Microwave turntable still had food from a previous guest caked on it. Air freshener was overkill and smelled cheap. The manager and his family seem to be staying at the hotel and they were nice enough though I had difficulty understanding their Indian dialect. Signage for the hotel did not even show Jesup Inn, but looks like the renovation will have a new name and possibly a fresher overall feeling. The beds were comfortable enough and had a good nights sleep.

The customer service was terrible, called for information and there was blaring music in the background and the lady was rude and impatient, the window in our room leaked when it rained and it smelled like mold.

Booked a room that sleeps 3. King room with pull out couch. Once we arrived they charged me extra for the other 2 people. My wife and son. Never had that happen. Crazy. I can maybe see it if they had a buffet breakfast. But it was doughnuts and juice.

There was NEVER a mention of a $150 deposit for reservations. That was outrageous. And then to top it off, when we went to check out and asked for our deposit back, they acted as if we were an inconvenience for wanting the money back from a one night stay when we literally just came to the rooms just to sleep.

Didn’t really appreciate that if you pay in advance you HAVE to have a $150 cash deposit. Nothing on the websites said that and only found out when I went to check in. I got the deposit back but only after they went and inspected the room.

The towels had stains on them, the pillows felt like bits of foam cut up and thrown in a bag, the staff is not friendly, no coffee maker in the room and the ad said breakfast included…well if you call a banana, a small pre-made waffle, yogurt and a bagel breakfast, then yes they give you breakfast. There are 3 tables for everyone to sit to eat their breakfast. It was stressed to us we would be fined for smoking in the room (we don’t smoke), yet our room reeked of cigarettes and the curtains were yellow. This was the worst place we have stayed in a long time, definitely not the standard I expected from a wyndham property.

Rooms were clean. However, the work out center was old and none of the equipment functioned properly. All of it needs to be updated. The advertised breakfast. Very little there. No fruit. No coffee was available. There was a few yogurts. No toast or pancakes or waffles. No eggs. Pretty bad overall.

The check in clerk was impossible to work with. My friend and I got two rooms. We were supposed to pay for them separately when we arrived. He would not allow us to do that. He had already charged the card that was used to hold the rooms, until our arrival. The second day our door cards (keys) would not work. It took two trips and twenty minutes to correct it.

Customer service sucks not friendly. I asked for an iron and was told they didn't have an iron,but when i asked for a refund an iron appeared. They tried to charge me for an extra adult in which it was only 2adults and a baby. I told the rude ass guy at the front desk the lady said you had three adults. I told her go check my car. The Customer service is horrible no thank you at all. Shut the dhit down. The shower was dirty never again.

The staff was rude and accused is of stealing from him ..we arrived with an extra two travelers..our granddaughter from college unexpectedly came along with her friend. The clerk got irate..screamed too many people .... told us we were stealing and actually told us to leave and go somewhere else..before we were offered to get an additional room . Then he had an argument over the door key that was difficult to operate and was belligerent about us now not knowing how to operate it. One room key also did not work. The pool was locked closed and the gym was closed as well. No coffemaker or working hair dryer in rooms. No cable ..just antenna tv. The building was older and showed age with broken tiles in floor. The rude staff assures we will not be staying again. We expected more from Days Inn as a trusted brand.
