"My daughter sat in a chair outside to eat breakfast. She had shorts on and when she stood up her legs were on fire. After inspecting the chair it looked like the chair was degrading and there were fiberglass particles all over it.
I told the staff and asked them to remove the chair but nothing was done.
My daughter was very unhappy and in a lot of pain"

"Great room and an awesome location! We got to enjoy the great atmosphere of the seaport area - there were a bunch of great restaurants, bars, and awesome walking paths on the water with skyline views - and then went and walked to Quincy Market the next day!"

"This hotel was incredibly clean, the staff was great, there's a Starbucks attached, and it is so close to Leader Bank. It's only about a 3 minute walk. Great restaurants around. Seaport all within walking too."

"Paid over USD 450 for a night which is equivalent to the quality and standard for Quality Inn which cost USD 110 a night. The room and bed is so so and not comfortable. Very thin mattress and pillows. Hard to sleep. Do not book this Hyatt Regency if you don’t need to stay in the Chinatown area. I do not recommend this hotel. I give it a two stars."
