"It's a good hotel for a quick in and out. Self check in is done by machine and was good"

"Hotell utan reception, utan servering. Mysig liten by! Tänk på att ha med egen mat."

"I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from...

"Close to shopping. River view was lovely."
