"Our check-in was terrible. We booked two rooms but was told that there was only one. Apparently there was a “letter” mixup with our friends first name not matching the reservation. He knew it was him by his license but gave us a hard time about it & said he couldn’t “tell us” the name was different. It wasn’t so much the confusion as it was that he was very rude about it!! The employees name was Mike & while I understand people sometimes have a bad day, customer service is his job & there is no place for rudeness when it comes to hotel staff!! I may have excused this behavior until the next day when another customer had their car battery die. When she asked the same staff member if the hotel had jumper cables, he replied that they did, but he could not let her use them as it was a liability!! Seriously?? What liability?? Not only that, he did not even offer any other type of assistance to these poor people. No compassion or empathy was shown by this staff member. Everyone else was great & the stay itself was fine, but we think Mike needs some training in hotel hospitality!!!!!"

"Great location, clean. Due for some maintenance though. The door latch was tricky, the vanity mirror was broken, tv remote barely worked, broken tiles... Overall we had a good stay and the location and value were good, it's just time for a remodel."
