Pour nous faire patienter on nous propose une colation...ma femme choisi de l'eau pétillante, on lui apporte une carafe d'eau. On nous donne une chambre ou la clim ne peut pas se régler, ou la douche est défectueuse. on entendait tout y compris les ébats amoureux d'un couple. Bien entendu pas de dédommagement. "We got an upgrade and we got to stay in the Grand Suite. Beautiful and spacious room. Unfortunately the night we stayed seems like the aircon vent was not working probably and was making a lot of noise! One other thing I did not like was the shower water pressure, very non existent. Im very grateful for the upgrade but it would have been an amazing stay without these issues! Staff were friedly and accommodating. "
