"There was a communal area at the first floor which provided plates and bowls and cutlery and even microwave for use - which was very useful! Room size was okay, though toilet was a little cramped. But otherwise was clean and worth for the price and location too! Walking distance to the bus stop for the meipuru-pu bus!"

"Dont know if it was my connection with expedia or slow loading, but there was no special check in requirements on the page before reserving my room. Afterwards though it showed no check in after 9pm and I would have been arriving at 930. I messaged the property asking if anything could be done and got no response. No check in after 9pm is INSANE"

"フローリングの部屋で一泊。個人的にはベッドの部屋の方が好みではあるがこの部屋も悪くは無い。トイレも無く快適装備はエアコンのみという潔さ。窓は開くので外の景色は観れる。今回はアーケードの方のお店に行きたかったので丁度良いロケーションだった。空港からの場合、本通り3丁目で降車すれば丁度良いのもありがたい。簡素な作りの部屋で良ければ、むしろ余計なものが無くて良いまである。お勧め。"

"Terrible place. Very dirty, black mold in bathroom and some sleeping room. Very bad service: i didn't get the code for the door and no reception even though I was there at 7pm (supposed to be open until 8pm). I tried to send messages, call but not much help to get, poor english and they didn't seem to care that I was locked outside. Finally I got help from someone passing by in the street who got the door code for me. I'll rather stay at the hotel from The Shinning than staying in this dump...

"Booked family room as in the photos it looks private, however the walls don’t fully connect to the ceiling and the room is at the end of a mixed dormitory. We could hear everyone’s conversations and snoring. Also because the wall wasn’t fully connected we were instructed that we had to have our main light off by 9pm which was upsetting, as we booked the family room expecting to have our own private space. We also paid 500¥ for towels but when we tried to shower there was only cold water, there...
