"Good location, good room, clean, very UNcomfortable bed, and no bar or restaurant as advertised... rather just a small cafe and place for breakfast. If you want to drink in the evening you need to go out or have a night cap in your room. Definitely no restaurant, only thing available in the evening is a packet of crisps!"

"All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgable and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was perfect and again nothing was too much trouble. We used the Spa facilities and found them very relaxing and exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful time here and we will be visiting Berlin again next year and staying here. Cost wise, it was reasonable and also perfectly situated near the Center for sightseeing. Many thanks, Chris & Kath."

"Smelled very stale, carpet stained, shower was very narrow and water leaked onto the floor. There was no lobby and parking was 3 floors underground. No one around after 5 pm"

"We had a great 5 night stay. Many thanks to Andrew at the reception for patiently sorting out the external street noise by changing our room, it made our holiday just brilliant. All personnel of the hotel were lovely and attentive. The room was cleaned spotless every day, top quality equipment in the room. Good location, great views, food store downstairs, plenty of options for breakfast cafes. Many thanks, it was a great stay. A feedback to management - consider removing old dirty carpets in...
