I called and talked with the manager who said she would look into it and call me back. I must have sent 3 messages following up and not one was responded to. Left a message saying that since I did not hear from them I would be there on my planned arrival. I was literally traveling all over Canada and the US and my plans were not easy to adjust at that...

"This was an amazing experience. Everyone was helpful and I felt I walked into a restful location that was not bustling like most places you stay. The dining area was big and inviting. You wanted to eat breakfast and not feel rushed in and out so there is room for the next people. LOVED this experience and can't wait to stay here again."
