"Great location "

"The room was over the garage. You couldn’t stand up in half the room as the ceiling was too low. Multiple tripping areas walking into and out of the space. No heat in bathroom. You have to walk to the front of house to enter for coffee in the morning. They have the nerve to charge you to park at the house. "

"I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. "

"We arrived early for our check in. Our room was ready, however the lady at the front desk said if we wanted to get in the room it was considered an early check in and that there would be a $50 charge. I have NEVER in all my life of traveling been charged for an early check in. Very frustrating. She was not nice about it either. Basically, too bad, if you want in you have to pay. There were many people sitting in the lobby waiting. People were complaining as well. Also, they did not have fresh...

"Parking was easy. Breakfast was good."

"Breakfast was terrible and made my son and i very sick. Water pressure and temp were nonexistent and the tub clogged when showering. The tv was not working and was unplugged, which i fixed myself. When we turned on the heat the smoke detector just kept going off. Then i was told some foreign website tried to purchase extra rooms there and they wouldn't and couldnt do anything to rectify the problem."

"Front desk staff was great - very friendly and helpful. I was a little frustrated by the free shuttle; I was coming in on the train and called about 5 minutes before I got to the train station to request the shuttle. I was told I had to call back when I got off the train. So I did and then had to wait 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. It would have been great if the shuttle had been dispatched when I called. Also would have been great if the driver hadn't been texting/on his phone...

"I never stayed there and I never checked in because immediately I entered the hotel there was this terrible smell that welcomed me at the reception and the place was looking so old and not okay even for that much price and they also refused to refund me despite the fact that I came so early and couldn’t stand the place not even half refund for the two days .What I saw on their page was partial refund but they refused to refund for both days.Expedia disappointed me in choosing this kind of hotel...
