"We traveled to Dallas for the first time to see the total eclipse of the sun. We chose this hotel for its proximity Love Field and to a Hertz rental car facility that actually had cars to rent because DAL was sold out. It was also one of the few hotels that did not inflate prices to take advantage of eclipse tourism. "Expedia MESSED up my reservation BAD (long story) we spent HOURS in the office going back and forth on the phone with Expedia, our phones were dieing, it had been a LONG day... Even though we were frustrated and exhaust, the lady at the front desk let us charge our phones, grab a warm cup of coffee and remained calm and helpful. Anyone else in her situation would've been super irritated."

"Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house. "

"I didn’t stay there at all, but y’all checked me in at midnight because I had already paid. So I paid for a hotel room that sat vacant. And no help from Expedia at all to get my money back even though I purchased the insurance."
