"Séjour très agréable mais nous avons dû attendre 2h avant de récupérer notre chambre (alors que nous sommes arrivés à 16h!). En revanche nos pass ont été désactivés à l’heure exacte (10h) le jour de notre départ, nous avons donc dû demander de à ce que l’accueil nous donne gracieusement accès à notre chambre pour récupérer nos affaires."

"El mejor lugar en que hemos estado.Nos gusto muchisimo.Los empleados muy atentos y amables y siempre hubo uno que hablaba espanol.La privacidad es algo que preferimos y alli la tuvimos.Todo muy tranquilo,nada de bullicio.El ambiente muy bueno para personas mayores y familias con ninos.Todo bien limpio.Los cuartos y banos super comodos.Me gusto tener un televisor en cada cuarto y la sala pues podiamos descansar mientras los demas veian television hasta que quisieran,la lavadora y secadora nos...

"The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year! "
