"Very comfortable "

"Room was clean but bathrooms (especially the tubs) and facility needs upgrading bit it is an older hotel so we knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star. We were looking for a place to stray in Cocoa Beach and close to the port so this is why we chose LaQuinta"

"The outside of the hotel is very nice. The inside needs some work. The rooms smelled from the humidity, (which they gave us some spray to help with the smell). The paint in the bathroom needed to be freshened up."

"The night staff was very friendly and helpful. It was sometimes hard to find staff to help though and people would wait during lunch breaks. The room was recently renovated and clean. It had most of the necessities, I just had to ask for a blanket but was not able to get a hair dryer. The location was on a very busy road, but the sound wasn't bad and we were fairly close to town. The towels were very small and thin, but it had almost everything I needed at a great price. It was nice to have the microwave and fridge too. I would stay there again in the future. "

"Everything was wonderful except for the gal working the Starbucks counter. She made a very rude sassy remark when asking for assistance in trying to locate utensils and said “use your eyes”and it was just not tasteful. "

"Breakfast was misleading, its grab and go type of breakfast. No boiled eggs or fruit or yogurt, just granola bars and third quality muffins and coffee. It isn’t even continental breakfast.They should not advertise as breakfast available. I stayed three nights and everyday same breakfast. The room were ok. "
