we stayed here for 1 night before our cruise, first off when we first got there had to wait forever for someone to come to the desk, There is no pool, there was one across the street but it had no water in stand didn't look very inviting. The bath tub ended up getting plugged up after 1 shower, then he next morning the bathroom sink got plugged up just from running the water to wash hands, absolutely ridiculous. hotel is a bit dated as well. I would not recommend.

Arrived early asked if they could do early check in, The manager was angry and rude said NO! Asked if we could store our luggage and she swung open the door and pointed to a spot behind the desk. I wish I would of gotten her name. 3:00 check in she was frustrated and only printed one key. Was angry because the machine wasn't creating keys. Room was clean except the mold around the tub. I have pictures if you would you would like me to send.

I have a mixed review here. First off, there are some good points, and I'll start there. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning after finishing up a cruise and needed to leave our luggage there since it was too early to check in. I appreciated that a lot. The location is close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. That's another bonus. And the room was HUGE! Now for the not-so-great parts. It is dated and needs a rehab. Our room looks like someone started to work on it and never finished it. The bathroom walls looked like they had been patched and sanded but never painted. But yet there was overspray on the shower wall with the words, "Clean me" written on it. The hairdryer mount was broken, but the hairdryer was hanging from a hook on the back of the door (just get rid of the mount if it's not fixable). The couch was stained. The room smelled musty and could have used a window open, but you can't open the windows. The room needs to be painted and the carpet cleaned...and the couch too or better yet replaced. The thing is...this could be a really cute room! Paint, a deep cleaning, and some detailed touches would make this place so much nicer. Somebody come in and fix this place up...it's got potential!!

Upon arrival, the desk clerk informed me that there isn’t a free shuttle to airport. The hotel information stated that there was. I would have never booked the room if that were the case. The clerk was very rude and not very pleasant. I ended up paying for my ride to airport. The room was old and outdated. Not a lot for your money!

We stayed for two nights. We had to catch a cruise close by so we figured we didn’t want to spend too much money on just two days. Price was pretty cheap room was big for us and was some what cleaned. Room was outdated and a little dirty. Window curtains need to be replaced it was broken on some windows and couldn’t close properly. The rug needs cleansing too. Staff wasn’t around so can’t say anything about them. Food areas were close by so that was a plus and the beach wasn’t too far. overall our stay was ok

The staff was very friendly and put us on the 4th floor so we could have an ocean view room. However, the hotel is very old and needs to be updated. They would probably get more business if the rooms were updated.

I want to start by saying the staff was absolutely amazing friendly, and very professional. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The sheets were visibly dirty, there were three baby roaches present, the mini fridge did not work, and the room had a STRONG mildew odor. Most concerning, there appeared to be blood wiped on the bathroom wall near the outlet, which is a serious health concern. The overall condition of the room made it feel almost uninhabitable. I have stayed at this property three times before and I’ve experienced minor dust issues in the past, I have never encountered anything close to this level of uncleanliness. Had it not been so late when we arrived, I would have requested to leave I’m truly disappointed because I’ve had decent experiences before, but this stay fell far below acceptable standards. I respectfully ask that you address these cleanliness and maintenance issues. The property appears to be in need of both deep cleaning and updates. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to ensure future guests do not have a similar experience. It was so bad this time I’m tempted to file a complaint with the health department.
