"We had housekeeping clean the room. All they did was make our beds and gave us clean towels. Floor wasn't vacuum. Your lobby was very dark is wasn't welcoming. Valet service was great."

"This was my second stay at the hotel and I would recommend again. Great location by tech square, walkable to the park and plenty of restaurants close by. The pool, gym and hot tub are nice and clean. Beds are pretty comfortable and some nice Georgia Tech touches. Bathroom was clean and soaps were pleasant. Only suggestion would be some pillow upgrades, parking validation and better marketing for breakfast in hotel."

"I believe we ran into bad luck with this booking. The air conditioning was dripping water through the night. We woke up to a puddle of water in our bedroom. My leather bag was damaged, and it was a hassle to figure stuff out early morning. The host, while super responsive and apologetic, could not have helped us that early in the morning. "Surprisingly the Hyatt did not live up to my expectations. The rooms left a lot to be desired. This one my first time staying at this Hyatt location and will be my last at Hyatt in general; I just don’t see the value in the stay; other than location convenience."
