"Didn't like that there was no ice bucket in room. No ice on each floor, and you had to get a little ice at front desk and had to go down 10 floors for it. No coffee in rooms just vouchers for coffee 10 floors down. Only one elevator operational. No restaurant, only snack food at different vendors inside casino."

"Hotel staff was very friendly. Awesome location and be sure to walk down to the park to see the bighorns. Breakfast was fine for continental style. Well stocked and basically grab n go snack foods. Overall excellent value and was a perfect location to stay before we visited the Hoover Dam."

"Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. The room was clean and cool during the summer heat! The pool was very clean, as usual, and the slide is so much fun! Our bestie birthday staycation was well worth it, and we'll continue to keep coming back! I love The Westin Lake Las Vegas, I've stayed here many times over the years, including my wedding night! We love this place. Thank you!!"
