Bed is comfortable, TV with internet is awesome, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the place is so old. The bathrooms are still stuck in the 70’s. The furniture in the rooms have been replaced, but the building itself hasn’t been updated. I hope they find a way to keep the history but also make the structure better.

Nice pet area but exorbitant pet fees higher than advertised on website. Especially since people hasn't cleaned up after their pets. I suspect it was because the fee was so high they thought it was taken care of for them. I do clean up after my pets. Room was clean, comfortable bed and room. Staff was courteous. Dinner was good. Would probably stay elsewhere on the future due to the pet charge.

Check is super quick and parking is plentiful. Casino downstairs and right off the highway. Rooms are pretty bare no fridge. Bathrooms are very dated. Front of property has decent views but the billboard can be bright at night.

Worst hotel ever. Staff are rude, unprofessional and ignorant. We will never go to a Ramada hotel again. And we will let everyone we know about this filthy place and their extremely terrible staff. And they hold onto your deposit forever....won't release it when you check out and they charge your card for the room. We are still waiting after 8 days. Showing as "pending". The "manager" -"Wendy" is the worst. No wonder her staff are so rude if she is training them in "hospitality" and 'customer service ". One gal hung up on me and "Wendy" (if that's her real name) was SCREAMING into the phone so she could talk over me, and started cursing. Then I hung up. Such immature behavior. All I can say is DON'T stay there.
