We had a nice stay. The rooms are no-frills rooms but the beds are comfy, the A/C is strong, and the mini fridge was great to have for 4 days of travel. I appreciate how clean and tidy the room was upon arrival, and housekeeping even called the room daily asking if we needed fresh towels. Great customer service overall, from front desk to valet to housekeeping to casino floor workers. Thank you for that! Also, parking is included in their garage which was great and felt safe considering I saw a security on a bike almost every time I went to my car. Cigarette smell is strong upon entering hotel but disappeared once I was on my floor and in my room.

I know it may sound as a tribute thing but I was told parking was going to be $5 and I told it only if I had a players card which I was not told that the first time on the phone end up costing $25 overnight and the lady that was checking me out was kind of snooty
