"Easy check in! Loved that you are able to send a text message to the front desk to inquire about anything. Another plus was the water station (that included empty 15-20 oz bottles) on your floor near the elevators. Would stay again!"

"The hotel was being renovated. One whole side had dirty mattresses in front of the rooms and clean ones on the ground. We arrived at a few minutes before 5 and were greeted with a sign that the check in person was currently unavailable. We waited almost 10 minutes before she showed up. There was a pool but it was not vacuumed. The room had a laminated floor instead of carpet. It was clean but the cabinet door wouldn’t close because the refrigerator was too big for it. "This hotel is under-staffed and poorly managed. I felt bad for the staff because they were working hard but just not enough staff to get the job done. The first room we were given a key for was either not cleaned or occupied when we opened the door - I’m glad we didn’t surprise someone. The second room was ready but had bugs on the floor and a musky odor. The breakfast was a major disappointment. There was a nice area for breakfast and there was food but no coffee cups that were clean. ...

"We were surprised that this motel was a Best Western. It is definitely a lower budget motel. The greeting at night by the front desk person was lukewarm at best. The motel is dated and there was an odd smell in our room. Despite the ice machine being right outside our door, it was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast options were a limited continental."
