"The room smelled VERY strong of urine. A chair in the room smelled of urine. The bed was horrible and was so low to the ground it felt like just sleeping on a mattress only. No waffle batter at breakfast. Desk Clerk/Manager was very nice and professional at check-in."

"This hotel was honestly great. The staff was second to none. Every staff person was so kind and wanted to help. The rooms are clean and updated. My kids could not get enough of the pool and they have a free breakfast. If I had to pick a negative it would be that it’s a little far from everything but honestly it’s such an easy drive that even that didn’t matter. We will definitely stay here again. "

They are a 1900 style bed and breakfast and the decor is very much to that era. My wife has a disability and stairs are a challenge. "My card was charged before i arrived, that should have been a red flag but i preceded with the reservation anyway. The room was the worst motel experience i have ever had, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was half a roll of toilet paper that had something disgusting on it and the holder was ripped off the wall so it was just sitting on the toilet. "Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. "
