"The hotel is small but clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and provided some suggestions for excursions and Discounts with the hotel card. The room is very small with no real counter space or closet. They also did not have a luggage rack. There is no refrigerator in the room or ice machines on any of the guest floors but you can request some ice at the bar in the lobby. They give it to you in a small Plastic bag. It would have been nice to at least have an ice bucket to keep the ice and a few beverages in. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety to select from- both hot and cold items including fresh fruit and a self- service coffee station."

"Lovely hotel in the old town and just steps from the train station, Aare river and all the historic streets. So easy to make day trips and use city transit (free with stay). Our double room was well appointed, spacious and the AC worked well. Staff was very helpful and they also let us store our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Main floor has a small self serve drinks/cafe area where breakfast is also served in the morning. Lovely for a quick drink - with free coffee and tea all day! My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel du Nord Interlaken. I booked the Deluxe Corner Room West rather than the basic room, and I think that made a big difference. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony and a modern, well-designed bathroom. One nice touch was the complimentary minibar, which was included on arrival. However, it's worth noting that it is only stocked once and isn't refilled during your stay. My main criticism is the price. While the room was very nice, I felt it was somewhat overpriced for what was offered. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I'm not sure the value fully matched the cost."
